background

Coming from a background of diverse and rich personal and professional experience, Sarah brings a perspective of openness that supports her to connect with her clients in their diverse and rich life experiences. Sarah is trained in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), an advanced clinical model that is depth-oriented, somatic-based and relationally-focused. NARM is designed to address long-held psychobiological adaptations to complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment trauma and relational trauma. On a more personal note, Sarah is continually engaged with her own depth-oriented inner work and consultation, which supports her capacity to journey with you in your process.

“The spontaneous movement in all of us is toward connection, health, and aliveness. No matter how withdrawn and isolated we have become, or how serious the trauma we have experienced, on the deepest level, just as a plant spontaneously moves toward sunlight, there is in each of us an impulse moving toward connection and healing. This organismic impulse is the fuel of the NARM approach.”
