about sarah

Having myself experienced impacts of complex trauma, and through my own ongoing process of healing and growth, I hold a deep respect for this work and for each client’s unique journey.

I have received meaningful support in my journey, and I’m happy to be able to offer this work and walk with others in their journey.

I use the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which is designed to work with the long-held effects of complex, developmental, attachment, and relational trauma.

What you can expect from me is that I’ll be continuing my own ongoing inner work, which supports my capacity to show up in our work together.

I'm currently a therapist intern at The Women's Center in Northern Virginia, working towards licensure as a marriage and family therapist.

In my free time, I enjoy being outside, food, dance, art, and travel.
